How Partnerships Work

Support may be provided before placement, during transition, or once a learner is established within a school, college or university setting.


Engagements are tailored to the individual and may include mentoring, educational guidance, family liaison, transition support or longer-term developmental work.


I work collaboratively with schools, education consultancies and families to ensure continuity, clarity and a shared understanding of the learner's needs and goals.
